I stopped going about 6 months ago due to an injury. I do miss the place though. I came over from York. York was always thought of as a meathead gym, but while there are people building muscle and grunting alot, they are some of the nicest and most helpful people you will ever meet. I learned so much just from talking to these guys, old and young. The move to 360 was great..smaller, but the layout is perfect. Tons of cardio machines and lifting machines. Dumbbells, hammer machines and free weight stations. 24/7 is great except that not having staff around at 5 am was kind of a bummer. They were good people to talk with and learn from. the value is amazing when you consider the low price memberships. Highly recommend for men/women of all ages and shapes. The stare factor is pretty low for you woman who dont want to deal with that crap.
At first I thought 360 was going to be another run of the mill Planet Fitness big box gym. But it certainly proved me wrong. This gym has everything I could possibly want for getting a good workout in. A lot of nice new Life Fitness equipment, clean environment, personal training plenty of free weights (dumbbells go to 125lbs which is a plus for a 24 hour facility), awesome stand up tanning beds, and a friendly knowledgeable staff. Great gym, good cardio selection, 24 hour access, and affordable pricing...the total package.
