i've been dealing with these rude and incompetent people for three months now, trying initially to just get some chains replaced on a StairMaster, only to have the tech refuse to touch the machine because of 'cat hair and a white substance'. well. i could have cleaned off the spray lube, but you're going to get all queasy because of some cat hair? grow a pair, dude. after that, i BOUGHT a refurbished machine, and after half a dozen visits, mis-diagnoses and general Asperger's-like behaviour, i still don't have a working machine. the vendor from whom i bought the machine sold it to me with a year's warranty, so they're still obligated to get the machine in working condition. the tech actually told the vendor there was 'nothing wrong with the machine' and we were 'taking them for a ride'. why is there something new wrong with the machine after every one of your visits, moron? couldn't be because you don't know what you're doing could it? i'd hate to think it was purposeful obstruction and sabotage. then i'd have you in an orange jumpsuit by day's end. don't let these people NEAR your equipment. in Northeast Ohio, call Deal Tech.
