Bill and the trainers at CrossFit Cleveland are truly awesome. I own a CrossFit affiliate myself in Metro Detroit (Motor City CrossFit), but my parents live in Cleveland. THIS is the affiliate I trust to train my parents, and anyone else I know who lives even close. If you live in the area, get out here and train with these guys. Even if it's a 20+ minute drive for you, it's worth it, trust me.

These workouts are so simple and when you are done you feel like you've done a weeks worth of exercise in 20 minutes! Not to mention the have a karate/hapkido course for extra fun! I do both and I feel great! Plus the price is not a killer... lol
