Of all the apartments available in this city, this apartment community is the best! After moving in, we talked with many of the neighbors. The first comment that everyone of them made is that the maintenance man was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We have to agree! We have also lived in the other complexes that are available, and have had the worst issues within two weeks of moving into the other apartments. This was not the case here, and this apartment complex is wonderful! It is very quiet, we have had very little issues, and any issue we have had has been fixed quickly! Most renters are involved in the program to save for a new home. It seems to be quite successful since we have had multiple neighbors move into their new home in the short time we have lived here! Thank you for being so fantastic! It is good to have such a fantastic supportive neighborhood and staff that takes pride in the living space! We finally feel like we're stress free and well taken care of! It's good to be home!

Apt. is great. Garage is great. I have enjoyed living here the past 3 years. I'm kind of a loner and nobody bothers me - maybe a loud kid playing outside once or twice, but that's it. Mike (Maintenance) is great! My issues are addressed, repairs are made quickly, and he often goes above and beyond what I've requested.

Everything is great except for the most important part about living at your home PARKING! We have yet had our own parking, we are paying for TWO spaces and in the 2 months we've been here we have had our own single space parking 3 times. Even while moving we had to park the uhaul on the corner grass where the dogs go potty to move our belongings. I've had to park behind cars in our space to bring grocery's home. Ridiculous, people who live in the flats have 3 spaces plus a garage yet they park at OUR building, in OUR spaces, that we are paying for to walk across the lot to their homes? My sister pays a mere $450 a month for her apartment in Columbus and she has her own 2 spaces, she never has an issue with trying to find a place to park, yet we are paying $800 a month and its a damn battle. The people in the flats pay more and feel entitled to park where ever they damn well please. This issue can easily be fixed if each lot was numbered with paint the apartments number. Knowing in confidence that you can leave your home to go wash your car or get groceries or coming home from work at 3am working a 12 hour hard shift to find you have no place to park other then 2 buildings down in someone else's space. It's unfair to pay for spaces you do not get. This issue seriously needs to be addressed with a simple solution. And will stop the parking bullies who feel entitled to park where ever they please continuously

I reported a leaky faucet and window that didn't seal perfectly along one edge. I reported the problem late in the day, about 4:30 in the afternoon, and both issues were fixed when I returned from work the very next day. And the sink and faucet were cleaned and spotless! There was a minor rust spot in the sink that was also touched up to look nicer. Very well done!

Each time I have requested something be repaired or taken care of, it was handled the same day. The staff have all been courteous and professional.
