The facilities are okay my problem is with management they over charge me 4 different times completely denied off such a thing from them they called annual fee which a was under the precision it annual which means once a year apparently they charge the annual fee depending an when you sign up so if there is 3 people in your account you get charge 3 different annual fee and every time they charge 3×3. When they finally decided to return the over payment they only return 2 of them which did happened till a manager show up to sign the check even do every time you call there is hallways a manager in but can't do nothing to help you. A did called the BBB to filled a complaint they said they will bee liking in to this matter a.s.a.p.
Place is awesome! Great staff! Wish I still lived in the area to continue going there!
Fitness 19 is large and has clean facilities. It has friendly and knowledgeable staff. I expected nothing less. What I didn't expect was seeing my neighbors and friends walking, running, and lifting here. Once you get past the contorted workout faces, I found the other members are just as friendly and knowledgeable as the staff! Great neighborhood gym. Did I mention the great staff?
The integrity of the owners and staff is what I like best about Fitness 19. This is one of the most professional gyms that I have ever trained in. From the knowledge of fitness to the concern for their customers. The gym is always clean. Fitness 19 is an asset to the community. And I plan to be a member for a long time.
One good thing about Fitness 19 is that you can go to any one you want to with one low price. I like to bounce between the Britton one and Winsor Hills one to mix things up. I find that the Britton one is a little more upscale with a more fitness minded atmosphere. The Winsor Hills one is a little bigger and has more equipment but the clientele there is more urban/hispanic and lots of single parents with kids all over the place.
