I am fortunate enough that I get to travel to Charleston a few times a year to see friends. I was able to come a workout here a few times and always enjoyed myself. The trainers here are incredibly friendly and made it point for CF Integrity to feel like my home box. The 10:30 class is a great group of members. I look forward to the next time I am in Charleston so I can go back here. This gym is HUGE and has a lot of space for everyone to have their own spot on the rack during a WOD.
Brian and his crew run a great gym. They have great coaches and have a solid group of members that are friendly and encouraging. Great place to train and even better place to make friends.
Awesome facility and even better members and coaches. If you are looking to take fitness to the next level this is the place. I also agree with the previous post on a great place to meet new friends also.
