I really enjoy going to 9rounds. I love the motivation that the trainers bring to each and every work out session. When I didn't show up for two weeks. Raider sent 2 post cards and called me, saying that they missed me coming and that I can get back into the swing of things. It's that encouragement and motivation that I really enjoy about 9rounds. I wish that I could be in there everyday. They have changed my way of thinking about joining. And it's amazing that they know everyone's name and nick name. "Dangerous"- Grant

I love 9Rounds of Simpsonville!! Vanessa & Raider do an outstanding job motivating me to get the most out of my workout each every time I visit. The workout has done wonders for my golf game as well. I am hitting the ball farther than ever at age 52 than I was at age 42 and my overall physical condition is the best it has been in years. Thanks, Snappy

The new owners and managers at 9Round of Simpsonville are awesome! They are super encouraging without being annoying. They know everyone's name and really take the time to work with you. I love not only being able to work the rounds but do pads with a trainer. Each day is different and the exercises are challenging without being too difficult. I just wish I could go every day!

9Round Simpsonville is the best place I've ever picked for great workouts! Reidar and his team are the best and very knowledgable. When I can't do a certain exercise, they always modify something else that I can do without hurting my wrists (carpal tunnel syndrome). And they always make my workouts very enjoyable. I always feel super great when I walk out in 30 minutes. Chedda and Xena, you ROCK!
