Came down from New York for a few days and wanted to get a workout in. Would recommend this to men and woman. Very friendly, great mix of hardcore iron and machines. Can't beat the prices. Plenty of nostaliga

Hardcore gym...very hospitable great price for a membership ...no contracts just go in workout to you drop!!!!
