Poor customer service.The management is not customer oriented. Will not address real issues concerning the club. 4 out of the 7 treadmills currently are out of order. In general the machines are old and not very well maintained. One of the weight benches is rickety and unstable. Locker rooms are not cleaned regularly. Showers are dirty. Last month one of the two toilets in the men's locker room was out of order for over a week. Buyer be aware!
