My Girlfriend started there about 8 months ago, she was always in pretty good shape, but now she looks incredible! We tried gyms , working out together, but I knew she felt comfortable with all women's fitness...so, I got her a membership contract with Fit & Fab fitness in Mt. Juliet. There is NOTHING more comprehensive in the Mt. Juliet /Hermitage/ Lebanon area. She has been motivated, and loves the instructor. Guys, get your girl a contract there and you both will reap serious benefits..if you know what I mean.
