I went there for many months, and it was very positive and I got into great shape. I love the fact that this huge gym has an MMA theme, with a lot of focus on MMA equipment, training and combat. This gym also has a separate area of the building for women only, which is comforting to me knowing my wife doesn't have to worry about a bunch of dudes hanging all over her. This gym feels very professional, yet has a very comfortable atmosphere, like gathering together with all your buds. The owner is a real character - awesome guy. I like this place mostly for the vibe and the people, and the newer equipment. Super place.
