Love the facility. Love the trainers. Love the classes. Love the members! It's really an encouraging place to go to. I'm NOT the typical crossfit person that's totally obsessed with health and working out but the trainers and members are always very positive and helpful so it's not intimidating in any way. There are people there of all ages and sizes and they're all there to compete with themselves and push themselves to a healthy limit. I'd also like to mention that they have a really awesome yoga class. I've been to many yoga studios and this class beats them all by far! It's really challenging but relaxing at the same time. I love doing it right after a crossfit class but it's challenging enough to do it by itself as your workout for the day.
