despite alot of the sub part review about this gym I must say the basketball court is great compared to others including the cedar hill and arlington locations. it is actually full court and has plenty of room for others to play on the side lines. the equipment is good for what I need and the staff normally answers the questions that I ask which is the reason for the good rating.
I go to this gym, strictly because of the people who go there, and the fact that I have already paid for a 2 year membership up front! The actually establishment is small, and majority of the time, 20% or more of the equipment is out of order. It does not seem to be very clean either.
I was assaulted in the pool area by a male patron. I reported the incident and left the gym. The manager called me and said they had identified the man who forced me into a corner and tried to kiss me after following me out of the hot tub, but they would not ban him or take any action against him because the security camera footage was "hard to see." They offered me a discount on my membership rate. I stopped going to this location. I do not feel safe at this club.
Lots of broken or just old machines. Both weight machines and treadmills. I've had to step on 3 or 4 treadmills sometimes before finding one without a broken start button or other problem. Also, not a nice building, and often packed.
The patrons are ghetto and rude. The staff is rude. The equipment is broken for long periods of time. If you want to work out from 6pm-11pm....good luck. Seriously.
