At the very beginning time you wanna sign in, please and please think about it. Their price is tempting at a glance but they charge you many initiation fees and also the annual fee will be charged on your card. Super busy every time. Do not recommended unless you have no choice!!!

If you want to cancel your membership you have to send a letter by CERTIFIED MAIL TO THIS ADDRESS Fitness Connection PO Box 680768 Houston, TX 77268-0768 and upon receiving this letter they will consider 30 days before they actually attempt to cancel your membership, and even that they will continue charging your account. when i first sing up with fitness connection I told the rep. that i need to enroll for only 3 or 2 months because I'm moving to another place, he said okay, and when i ask him about the cancellation process he said you JUST NEED TO call any time and cancel your membership SO EASY, he never mentioned the MARATHON process of membership cancellation, the other thing I states at the time of registration that I do not want you to auto dept my card because i will pay month by month hey said OKAY, and know they keep charging my account. you will have EFT fee, Return fee, Late fee, Annual fee FEES THAT NOBODY WILL TELL YOU ABOUT. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE.

Don't join fitness connection unless you want to waste your time and money. Staff are rude and even if you want to cancel you can't cancel your membership, they wants you to write a letter to their head office which takes more than a month and they still keep on charging you. Cancelled memberships for my husband and myself because we moved to an area that doesn't have FC and did it via certified mail as instructed on the contract. That is the most ridiculous cancellation method and totally inconvenient. I did this over a month ago and was still charged a monthly fee. I am now on the phone (going on 8 minutes on hold now). They will address this TODAY.

Too cold when u get out the shower & there isn't a Shower mat for u not to slip & fall & they should have made the girls locker different than guys since sometimes guys walk n thinking it's guys locker....the trainers talk horrible about ppl n the gym when I first started they had said "see those people out there they have been here for years or months but they still have done nothing and not lost weight that's why you need a trainer" ....bla bla bla and the water is horrible and it's way too expensive so take 2/3 water bottles and I don't like tht they take money from ur bank it's called cash ...place needs work
