My daughter has had many incidents with this program. She came home yesterday with a busted lip, scratched forehead and scratched nose. These children watching children does not work. They hire 16 year olds to watch over 5 to 12 year old children. The smaller ones get picked on all the time and the workers do not say anything to them. We have called the main office 4 to 5 times and have never gotten a call back from the “lady” who is in charge. I think these people just sit around and collect a paycheck. Safety is another concern of mine. The first day I came to pick up my child they never asked for an ID or who I was. Not the best at child care if you ask me.
