I do not have time for trainings now but when I did - I felt wonderful. I do not mean physically (that is more than logical), I mean emotionally - like I am treating my body the right way.

I read about Harrell Jackson years ago in a local article and thought his story was amazing. I signed up for personal training with Heavenly Bodies last month and I am so happy! After only a 6 week session, my body is transformed and I feel so much better. I also enjoy the gano derma teas and the overall wellness training. I'm Grateful
