I've been with WSF for 2 years. They are very supportive and understanding. Personal Trainers are offered free and you can talk to them whenever you want. Classes are free and they keep an updated schedule at the desk. Showers are decent, nothing fancy. Lots of cardio, free weights, machines, and updated equipment.

Love it!!!! Friendly staff & great classes. From zumba, pilates, boot camp, kick boxing, toning, to even classes for the elderly. They have the cardio section, free weights etc. Strongly recommend!

It's an average gym facility. Free weights, cardio area, circuit training area. The big aerobics area is right in front of the cardio work out area, and we're forced to watch ladies do their routines in front of us. Maybe they should turn the cardio machines around so we could at least look outside while we're working out. Child care is closing in December, so I don't know how much business they'll be able to get after that happens. Thank goodness my next year is free. I won't renew with them after my 1 year of paid membership is up.

What a disaster. I did a tour of the facility and was not impressed. I have been a member of several gyms in the area and this one was by far the least impressive. I was handed off to the sales person/trainer "J" who was not impressive herself. When I meet a trainer or someone that works at a gym, I expect to see someone who is generally in good shape and health which is not the impression I got. She also kept pushing me to sign right then which I never do, but she continued to push and even asked if I wanted to call my husband on her phone to discuss with him right then. Also, the group exercise room is in the middle of the facility in front of the cardio area and there is no separation by glass or walls. The equipment was old and needed replacing. The childcare facility was the size of a large walk-in closet and smelled bad and I was informed that they would be closing down for good in December. Good luck staying open when you cannot provide childcare.

I love this place!! The trainer, Teresa is great!! She is so upbeat and makes you feel really comfortable. She really pushes you to work on your goals. I am doing a trial membership right now, but on Saturday I will be a member officially. Yeah!! I think this gym offers lots of fitness choices. And I love the fact that the training and classes are included with the membership price, which is very reasonable compared to some of the other gyms that I checked out. My favorite thing is that it is all women. Everyone is very friendly and it is a very inviting place. All of the members along with the staff are all ready and willing to show you how to use some of the equipment if you look a little confused about how it works. Cant wait to start losing weight.
