They never have open gym, all they have is sports for little kids all the time.

They never answer the phone or update their schedule.
We had a membership at the YMCA because it was a better deal to do it that way if you are paying for after school care. We put our kids in sports there.... Everything was a disappointment. While the child care workers were excellent, the management of the program was horrible. The sports were disorganized and poorly scheduled. We decided to pull them out of after school care and chose not to sign up for sports anymore, but decided to keep the membership so we could take the kids to the pool. The first day I went they closed the pool as soon as we got there because of a large turd floating around in the pool. I cancelled my membership. We recently decided to give the sports another try. Still disorganized and no one at the front desk has a clue what they are talking about. We have been on this team 3 weeks and are still not being notified of the overly frequent changes in practice and game times. I have had to correct the contact info twice bc they typed it in wrong twice. We finally got a call letting us know practice was rescheduled. Too bad they told us the wrong time. I just want my money back. I feel like I have paid someone to make my life difficult.
