Great place to keep the body healthy
Best gym ever. Seriously. I live in Dallas & have a lifetime membership @ 24 Hour, but I bought my mom a membership here & the place is fantastic! I don't know what the person complaing about the hours is talking about,they have 24 hour access... Also, I work out with her whenever I visit w/no fees & no fuss. They have free towels, free coffee, free giant assortment of magazines & great equipment. The staff is super friendly (NEVER seen that in a gym) and they all make a point to come by & say hi to my mom when she gets there. It makes me happy to know she's looked after when I'm not around.
