A total disaster, fraud by one of the Kinetix people who booked me and gave me a contract for a so called month to month membership while providing their main office with the same contract but changed to a 24 months membership...Now even though I wrote 2 letters with my copy of the contract plainly showing that the dates and numbers where added after I signed, I am being rudely and repeatedly harassed by one of their collection agency. Additionally NF refuses to provide "contact names" therefore all correspondence has to be addressed "to whom it may concern" and then the collection agency tells you "who's they"... A nightmare...

The worst company ever. The customer service rep was SO RUDE to me. I'm surprised they are allowed to be so rude. They clearly don't care about their customers. They will do anything it takes to "legally" rip you off. Stay far away.

Run away from this place. The request information and when you send it to them they say they never received it. Even when you fax it in they would not give a confermation they received it. Biggest rip off ever.

This "management company" or billing service or whatever the appropriate term, is a crook. Despite my cancellation notice + 29 days, they STILL charged the yearly upgrade fee for a facility which I will never go back to. Its very frustrating. I will NEVER join a gym who uses this management company/billing service/whatever. Unbelievable. I want my $49 back, you crooks.

The absolute worst gym to ever sign a contract with! My husband deployed and my father had health issues so I moved home to help out my family. They have no gym within 30 miles and refuse to cancel my contract even with proof of another gym I joined. They are charging me for services that I am not receiving!
