JUST BE CAREFUL... Former two-year Kinetix member (switching over to Planet Fitness). Pretty good gym with quality equipment and convenient hours. Just be sure you get EVERYTHING in writing if "Tiff" is involved. Planet Fitness is located close by with similar equipment and one third the monthly price.
I enjoyed Kinetix. The price is great for a gym that includes childcare. I have enjoyed the classes. Joined for one of those promo things. Thinking of going back. It is with a two year contract if you don't do one of those promos that may cost more per month.
Just be really careful to READ every word on any contract you sign with them. Do not rely on the verbal information from a "trainer/sales person." I had to find out the hard way.......
I truly think Kinetix has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. When you walk in people are friendly and say hey or ask how you are. It is very clean and if I ever have a question or needed help both the employees and members have always been more than happy to help. I love the classes and child care there as well! They are both fun and upbeat!
Great gym! Awesome equipment, great classes, and friendly staff!
