The staff and the mix of people who come here are diverse and happy and just great to be around. Really good vibe at Rite Hite!

love the gym!!! but the locker room is a lesbian meat market,everyone is always naked! they need to exercise a bit of modesty. quite gross.

Staff is great! hours less than great, may have to find another place :(

The child care facility is disgusting. There was an outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease, which the staff (who barely watch your kids and look irritated when you drop them off to play) only put a small sign behind others on the desk. 20 ids were infected with it and there was no forewarning for parents. I decided to cancel my membership- and it took months to get my refund. I called at least 25 times and had to speak with different people every time because they go through staff very quickly. In the gym, it is expected that the members clean the equipment, and there was never a direct answer at how often disinfection occured anywhere in the place. I agree with the other reviewer about parking, it is also awful. They do offer valet though, which strikes me as very odd. I found the staff to be incompetent, rude and unhelpful at best. Try another location if you must use the YMCA. I won't ever be back.

I agree with another post. I was suppose to receive a discount on my membership (the 3rd month free), and they withdrew the money from my account anyway that 3rd month. Needless to say, they said the next month would be free, and did it again. I had to talk to 4 different people before the issue was resolved, and then they tried setting up a meeting to offer different programs & activities to keep my service. I am cancelling my membership, and searching for something better.
