I have been battling this club for months trying to cancel my membership. First I was wrongly charged late payments twice because they entered my credit card information wrong. Then I put a freeze on my account and when I wanted to cancel I was told I can't cancel during a freeze and must reopen, pay for a month, then write a letter within their specific date range in order for my account to be closed. I ended cancelling the credit card and issued a new one so they couldn't keep charging me. I have told everyone I know to not get mixed up with their flighty contracts!
