I like the 24 hour access, the tvs on the cardio equipment and the circuit. It's pretty small for the price, but it offers what I want in a gym. I switched from the YMCA after the downtown one was closed on Sundays in the summer and the staff gave me strange looks if I asked them to switch from HGTV to ABC.
Service is great when you want to sign up but when you want to cancel, nobody, I mean nobody ( I called 3 locations) wants to call you back. I understand contracts but when you're given the wrong information, you take the blame for it not them. Over all, I'm not very satisfied with their lack of customer service and their websites won't do you any good because it's all about " how to start your franchise" . It's to help the owners, not the customer. I'm going to be reporting this to the BBB and I will not reccommend Anytime Fitness to anyone.
