I've always been athletic, and fitness and nutrition have been a hobby of mine for as long as I can remember. After I stopped competitive sports, I fell into a cardio-queen rut. I really missed the strength aspect, working towards a goal, and "team atmosphere". Eupraxia has filled that need for me. I feel like I've accomplished something every workout and feel proud of the strength and conditioning that I've earned. If you're looking for a good butt kicking alongside some great people, Eupraxia is for you!

I have always been an active and healthy person but nothing has given me the results like Eupraxia. I have never felt better about my body or had more energy. Eupraxia teaches you exactly what to eat without trying to sell you anything at all! The workouts are challenging but the results make it 100% worth it!

I recently started exercising at Eupraxia after being a long distance runner for most of my life. Running had become too monotonous and I needed a change. Eupraxia has given me that change and because of the diversity in workouts you can never get stuck in routine. I LOVE this fitness center. I love feeling pushed by the great trainers and routines. I can't believe what I can accomplish everyday. I feel really empowered by my increasing strength and stamina. Eupraxia is changing my life - not only with my body but my outlook on how to eat. It is a perfect combination for health. I love that there is a set workout time, too. Otherwise the day gets going and I get too distracted to hit the gym. The styles of exercise change daily and they are really fun and unique. My kids think it is super fun that their mama is learning to do kickboxing!

My workout needed something different. I had been cross training as a triathlete and long distance runner. I no longer had the time to commit to an hour+ per day for workouts. I was excited to see the variety of kettle bells, kick boxing and circuit training. The variety and challenge of each work out give me the overall fitness I wasn't getting with my previous training. The class schedules fit my lifestyle. There are nutritional guidelines on how to feed your body for performance and health. How to eat real food, not packaged meals. The community (all ages, shapes, sizes) and trainers provide a supportive environment. You WILL notice a difference in how you feel if you put forth the effort.
