Great Service!! The young lady that works the office (Natasha) did an amazing job helping me and my boyfriend yesterday set up an account. She walked us through everything (all the different lotions they carry, the different skin types and which lotion would work best for my skin type), she also let us know which lotions are not to be used in the tanning beds as they can crack the protective plastic on the beds. She was extremely friendly & helpful! Today when I went for my first tan she gave me a quick refresher :) also the establishment was very neat and tidy, as well the beds were immaculately clean (at least the one I used was). the beds are kept dirty with smeared lotion and sweat, no fans on any of the beds work due to the collection of dust and lint. the floors are ridiculously filthy and look like they havnt been cleaned for weeks. if the front hostess girl that always works there put enough effort into cleaning as she did talking, there wouldnt be this problem.
The girls who work here are not very helpful. The packages are expensive and the place isn't very clean. We went in intending to setting up a who new tanning package with lotion for the both of us and left after a drop in instead. Won't be returning... Very disappointed.
