Nice facility, friendly staff, happy-looking clients. The system is, they have you come for an initial no-charge orientation appointment, at which you fill out a long questionnaire and a staff person talks to you about your goals and the services they provide. At the end of this chat, they present you with the option of buying a 24 or 48 session package at a substantial discount to the one-session rate (there is also an initial one-time joining fee). The undiscounted one-session rate is the among the highest I have seen in town. There is also a three-session introductory package that was explained later. The next step is a fitness assessment session, also at no charge. Then you can make an appointment for your first training session. In my initial orientation, it sounded like they were very flexible to work around the client's schedule, but it's not so easy to get a preferred date/time in practice.
