Form Body Lab is the best place in town for pilates! Every single teacher here is so skilled and supportive. The private classes are amazing, but you also get lots of individual attention in the group classes. I love that the class sizes are always so intimate - I always leave feeling like I've worked really hard and learned something new. You couldn't ask for more. I have been doing pilates with Jessica Slonski for several years, and I have never felt more connected and strong as I do today. I have gotten so much out of doing pilates with this team - I would highly recommend Form Body Lab.

I just started physiotherapy sessions here and this place is awesome. They offer a little bit of everything and are in a cool old heritage building in Yaletown. Modern furnishings and equipment provide a nice contrast to the brick walls and wooden beams. They said they've only been open a few months and it definitely looks that way inside - the equipment and everything is brand new. All the staff I've met are super fun and friendly. Asling was my physiotherapist and she definitely knows her stuff. I wasn't rushed in and out like I have been at other physiotherapy clinics before. Instead she took her time assessing my injury and the best way to fix it. She used an ultrasonic machine and some other gizmo that I can't remember the name of to help relieve my pain and promote tissue repair. She suggested I start taking Pilates here to help with my rehabilitation and I love it! I tweaked my knee pretty badly in a biking accident and the Pilates exercises seem to be fast tracking my improvement - hopefully I'll be back in the saddle in no time. If you're in Vancouver and need help recovering from an injury this is a great place to start.
The newest and best Pilates studio in Yaletown! I’ve been taking Pilates, Yoga and Gyrokinesis classes from day 1 when Form Body Lab opened last November. All of instructors are well trained with years' of experience. My favourite part of this wide-open, clean-space studio is the professional and friendly atmosphere. I believe the “4 weeks for $49” (unlimited classes except equipment) is still available. If you want to try Pilates, Yoga and/or Gyrokinesis, the timing couldn't be better! :D
