I've been going here for years and the amount of turn-over I've seen in this facility's staff is pretty crazy. There must be something seriously wrong with the management, because last time I checked it's not really very healthy for a company to have to keep hiring and rehiring sales staff/trainers. Pretty terrible customer service. The majority of the desk staff are rude. It's always a bummer when you're walking in from the cold to have a nice relaxing workout and you have to be scanned in by some sixteen year old girl with her eyes glazed over and a grunt for a 'hello.' The hardest workers I see in this place are the cleaners, which is good, because at least the place is very well cleaned. I only go here because the price I pay isn't THAT bad, and I live a 2 minute drive away.

I joined about a month ago and haven't had any issues so far. I like the variety of classes and it seems they have a large variety of equipment although I've only ever gone to the classes. For the last review who was complaining about the hot tub being closed, it has now been fixed. When I asked why it was broken they told me they were waiting for a part from California (headquarters)

This is a relatively new gym in Burlington in a great location. Burlington was in desperate need of a bright new gym so I was thrilled when I saw it being built. Like everything else in life, it is not perfect. I agree with other reviewers that the front desk crew are not always all that professional or friendly, but who cares? I am not there to socialize. The weight and cardio equipment is new and well-maintained, and they offer a respectable selection of classes that are as good or better than what is offered elsewhere. As a clean freak, no public bathroom will ever be clean enough, but I can honestly say that the bathrooms here are no worse than any other gym. I know some reviewers say they don't enforce rules, but in my experience whenever I brought something to the staff's attention, they took action. I encourage other members to speak up (nicely) when they have a concern. Overall I am pretty pleased.

Worst customer service ever ! This location is just down the road from me but due to their customer service I will be joining a gym in down town burlington instead. I would rather drive the distance and be treated good than walk to LA Fitness and be treated like just another number. Aside from this review I will be contacting head office .
