I've been a member at this location since it first opened, primarily because it was close to my place. However, it has really benefited greatly since the new owner took it over last year. What a difference! The owner is actually around each day and he actually remembers me by my first name! He also really knows what he's talking about since he has even given me tons of training tips that have made a huge difference in my workouts. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great gym in the Barrhaven area!
