Love this gym. Ive done the local LA fitness, fitness works and fitness evolution and Mountainside seems to give the best all around services of them all. Not filled with meat heads and mirror queens. Def worth my money every month.

There is many fitness centers, personal business should be earned; they lack that good customer service. Had my 10 day pass been there once and not coming back there ever!

The owner of mountainside is a selfish prick. Could care less when my car was broken into on the property my keys were taken by a member or staff this proved the careless security the cameras did not work etc. Billy Macowich (However you spell his name) wrote back a letter asking if it was a MTV prank along with a page of rude Condescending comments he said he didn't have time for my concern and had to go back to downloading the Miley cyrus cd. I have the complete letter he wrote to my attorney is beyond disrespectful. I've lost complete respect for him and his company. Canceled 12 memberships there and I joined The Village at Gainey in Scottsdale it's amazing ! LP

I wish their employees would obey their own rules and re rack their weights--and not take up 3 separate areas all at once.

I was a member at this gym for a couple of years and loved it. Referred over a few friends who loved it as well. But when I moved, I had called to cancel my membership, employee was great about it and said he would take care of it. Couple months down the road, I get a call, saying that I'm past due, I e-mail them that I needed to cancel my policy and even called them, they said I needed to fax/mail them a cancellation, so I faxed it over. Now another 2 months go by and I received a letter saying that I am going to collections. Called Michelle to talk to her about it. She WOULD NOT work with me on that even since it was her own employees bad information that put me in that situation. Ruined a good experience in 1 phone call with that lady. It is obvious they do not keep very good record of anything.
