Cars broken into in the Parking Lot Daily! Mine had $900 damage lastnight and another member robbed of $500 cash... Gym Manager would not even come outside. Tucson Police told us they are there 10 times per month min. on theft calls. I asked to cancel my membership, They want me to pay ealy Termination fee??? Beware, you have a 5050 chance of being robbed. I tried to be civilalized in this matter. Total Disregard by Planet Fitnes

Word to the wise... NEVER trust a club that demands a bank account to do auto-withdrawls from!! This place is fraudulent and DISGUSTING! The staff are very nice but PF's business practices are two faced and misleading. They claim to be judgement free, cancel anytime membership, but really, they'll nickel and dime you! Do your homework and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The machines are constantly broken and dirty! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Learn from my mistakes!!

I've never liked gyms because skinny, well built people blatantly sneer at me because I'm far from trim and toned! But at Planet Fitness there are people just like me. There are trim and tone people there too but they don't sneer, they don't stare at me, and I've not seen one person look at me and laugh. Not only is it a judgement free zone but there is such a variate of machines to workout on that you can't help but find something to enjoy. My first time there I was just going to do the 30 min workout but ended up there for 3 hrs as I also did the bicycle, hip abduction & hip adduction and what I call the twister machines, the ultra violet toning booth, & the the hydro massage! I now go at least 4 times a week. The people that work there are always nice and helpful! I will never go to another gym again because Planet Fitness is where I Belong!
