I love to workout at Ventana Crossfit!! I really do! Ventana Crossfit has great coaches, hard workouts, and a fun group of people! In less than 2 months it has changed the way I view exercise and I am getting stronger every workout. Jenna is great at scaling the workouts for any fitness level and really encourages each one of us to achieve our personal goals.
Outstanding. Great coaching from Jenna. Very motivating. First time ever I have looked forward to getting up in the morning and going to the gym.
