I joined during a deal they were having for their Loyalty Program. The group classes (especially Zumba) are sooo much fun! I come here four days a week and never have any problems. Staff is easy to talk to and everyone I've talked to is friendly! We are all here to train and become healthier individuals!
Great customer service, staff in the front are always friendly and greeting people coming in and out. Only issue is the quality of the bathrooms and facility, whoever is managing this needs to work on interior appeal.

The worst customer service!!!!!...... The gym its ok, but the lockers are old and updated, super different from h st one. These two employees blank and Wendy have no people skills at all, they are rude and have an attitude all the time, Wendy screamed at me one time when i was trying to check in, if they don't like their job maybe they should look for something else but away from customer service......
