Fitness 19 is the place to go for overall training needs! My personal trainer is awesome! He helps me train in proper form and pushes me to my liimts, but not too unreasonable levels. There is a positive energy atmosphere there everywhere. No way I'm changing to any other gym!

If you are active duty and get orders elsewhere, be sure to cancel prior to leaving. I forgot to cancel and have been charged until now. Phone call, passwords, and account numbers,are not accepted in this fine establishment. You have to trust the always faithful and always 100% USPS with your hand written letter from whatever country you may be in. Good Luck! Hand write it all, that'll be fine. otherwise it wont be accepted.

Love the early morning workouts. Maggie is always on time to let us in and always willing to change the music and TV's to make everyone happy!

I Love it here..ride my bike after dropping off the kids at school, it's close, it's clean, it's inexpensive, weights and machines to work out every muscle and some!

If I could give it a big 0 I would!!! Total RIP OFF!!!!! I cancelled this Gym membership about 6 months ago before moving out of California to another state. I fallowed all the procedures for canceling going in person , sign the form etc, 7 month later I notice a charge in my bank account form them for $60 , I called and was told they don't have record of me canceling , that my membership was conveniently placed on hold until July ( is march now) and that even if my membership is on hold I'm responsible for the annual fees....I called and spoke to Andrew the manager and he said there is no record of my cancellation therefore I need to pay WTH?? I did everything they asked me to cancel and because someone in their end messed up I have to pay??? There is no one else you can talk to over there besides the manager no corporate office no nothing so if he can't fix it you are S.O.L
