I'm not a fitness guy. I'm the kind of guy that trains to perform better in the sport that he loves and also an international student. This gym has been so far perfect for me. The staff is great and friendly they are cool for sure. All the facilities are clean and organized. Although, it is a groing up franchise, but 10$ the month. C'mon Let's go!

I had chosen Planet Fitness over other gyms because a friend works out there. I went in thinking I could check it out, maybe work out for a day to get a feel for the gym. Wrong, they wanted $20 for me to try out their gym, the cost of a day pass. I understood that the $20 would go towards my membership fees if I had chosen to join. For $9 more, a total of $29 I could just join and call it a day. So I did, worst thing I could have done! The front desk staff was rude, took my payment information but didn't even finish my application process. I had to come back and finish it, yet they had already charged my account and by this time I had YET TO WORK OUT! I was bothered by the rude staff and their horrible customer service. But I thought, for $10 a month maybe it won't be so bad after all and decided to go ahead and give it a try. Let me also add that they just gave me a "welcome bag" and as far as I know that was their only introduction to their gym I never got a tour, absolutely nothing. Needless to say I was ready to give up on their gym right after I had just joined. 3 out of 5 of their step masters were always out of service, the facility is dirty considering they expect everyone to clean up after themselves, just over all a horrible experience. I was ready to cancel less than a month after I had joined. I tried calling in to let them know and as you can see on their website, you have to go in and cancel. Okay, so I was finally able to go during one of my lunch breaks. Since their night staff was so horrible I figured I could go during the day and speak to a manager. I told him about how horrible I thought their gym was. He informed me I couldn't get my $29.99 "sign up fee" back and that I was three days too late to cancel for the following month. He did nothing for me except leave me with an even bitter taste in my mouth. Go else where. This place is sooooooo not worth it!

Been paying them for 2 seperate accounts for two years and never step foot into the gym. Canceled my accounts which they said and theyre should not have been any buy outs. But low and behold another $39 for each account withdrawn from my checking. I get so tired of disputing everything with all these scam artists in the world.why should I have to go through this. Tired of the bullshit.

I go between 7:30 and 8:30am week days. Plenty of open machines and the staff is really nice. I love this place! Great value for the money!

open 24 hours which is good for me since i like to avoid crowds and go late at night. place is clean with plenty of machines. not a serious weight lifting gym, but who needs to look like the incredible hulk anyway. aqua massage tables and massage chairs are nice. like the location ..... always hit albertsons for some drinks or groceries.
