I was one fat beotch thanks to in shape i lost tremendous fat i can now see my thang thang and a beast in bed ..not to mention i can now were a thong 12 sizes smaller. .thanks in shape

This gym has been open since June 1st, 2014 and I am loving it, especially the water aerobics classes. Plus I'm a big fan of the elliptical machines and they have enough to go around. The gym is always clean and the air is comfortable. It is the Antelope Valley and it gets really hot and really cold so its just right in the gym and in the pool. Plus the staff there is very friendly and very helpful. Love this gym.
