I really like this gym! I've been here for over a year and a half. They have classes (which I need to have), windows on all sides (which I also like, it makes it light and airy in there). They have decent cardio machines and the staff are friendly. I would recommend it to others gladly.
This gym is excellent. They have a variety of equipment and classes. The employees are no nonsense and true to their word. They allow a variety of people to work out including a 12 year old I've seen there who works out while his mother is in a class. They also offer tanning and a multitude of classes including Women's BootCamp, Yoga, and Zumba. They have had minor issues in payments but it is usually just someone's mistake easily resolved with a quick visit.
I wanted a family Gym account. I was told that my son who is 12 could be on the floor if he worked along side a parent. When I brought my son in a few days later he was refused access to the floor. At the time Chris the manager was telling me that I could pay half now and half later the 2nd check would not be cashed, and when i looked into my bank account both checks were cashed. I feel this company does not have good customer service. I was told I could get my refund that next day, and when I called I was refused. The manager was rude and cocky and a liar. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.,not even on my worst enemy.
I've been a member of the YMCA, Cutting Edge Fitness, Kangaroo Courts, and Sun Oaks. They've all got good things, but for me this is the right fit. The place is new and clean, nice newer equipment, never too crowded, a no nonsense staff and it is affordable. They keep it clean. Lots of the other places in town are somewhat clicky. This is just a place to work out, no one is going to push their products or services while you work out, I've never seen a gym rat there either.
