Plenty of stuff to use with both free weights and stand alone machines in one area....Another room dedicated to aerobic activity....treadmills, cross trainers etc... The gym is clean, the staff are friendly and I enjoyed using the facilities. It is nice to have use of the sauna and swimming pool after a work out : ) there were classes available here as well tho i didnt use any of these...not enough time !! Would recommend
Great place until you move and need to get out of your contract. As someone who has belonged to gyms for the last 25 years and has lived all over California when it came time for me move to Sacramento the managers of Goa told me that they would not let me out of my contract and continued to charge me for another 6 months after I moved! They even took another 2 months to cancel my membership when my contract had expired. So all in all, they got me for just under $400 (8 months). Every other gym I've belonged to gladly let me out of my contracts if I was moving to a city where they did not have facilities. Boooo, Goa! Shame on you!!
I love this gym. Signed up recently on their month to month agreement and have had no issues. The sales process was easy, no pressure. The staff keeps the place clean. Love their equipment, and saunas. I work out a lot and this is the best gym this side of Sac. Thanks Goa!
