The best fitness club . People are really friendly and some of them have been going there for past 20-25 years. It is great place to work on your fitness and play.
SVY is one of the nicest studios where I practice. The room is large enough to comfortably fit a lot of students yet feels very cozy with the mirrors and room lighting. The teachers here are top notch and led by Reegan, who is the owner of the studio. Reegan is more than willing to answer any questions and help to get your practice started. SVY also offers a trial week for only $10 which is a great deal. To top it off, they are conveniently located at the junction of route 5 and 805 and they have showers too. Get into yoga - it will change your life!

a very comfortable environment. a nice mix of students ranging from beginners to advanced. everyone i have met has been super friendly. the studio is clean, spacious, and provides mats. the main reason why i come back is the knowledgeable teachers. they are excited and enthusiastic to teach. it is contagious. lot of one on one attention. i really can't say enough about svy. my favorite thing about san diego.
