I got started with spin classes at this location of The Rush and fell in love with this exercise. The instructors are amazing, everyone has their own style, and the staff running the desk are always helpful and smiling. In my 29 years of existence this is the only type of workout I have been thrilled to attend.

Everyone who teaches and works there is super nice and their 10 classes for $100 is a great deal!
