THE YOGA FACTORY

If you haven't tried aerial yoga, try it! It doesn't matter if you're flexible or not, strong or not, or what level of "fitness" you think you are. The beginning level classes are great for almost anyone, and the teacher shows modifications to make poses and movement easier, or harder, whichever the students need. The teachers are all wonderful, I've had all of them, they each have a different style which is great. It's in a fun location, I just parked on the street behind it, just regular neighborhood parking, but there is also a shopping lot across the street, and meter parking in front. Make sure you plan on arrive 15 minutes early, though, because it takes a while to get settled inside of class, and you don't want to waste class time. If you get dizzy super easily, this might not be for you because you do a lot of inversions (going upside down) and sometimes you stay inverted for a few minutes. They do offer special wrist bands that are supposed to help with that, though. This studio is fantastic, aerial yoga releases so much pressure on the spine and both strengthens and stretches your body out, basically you'll feel amazing afterwards.
The place is simply awesome. The instructors are to me the best of san Diego and the actual studio is one of a kind I have never seen a most perfect place in every sense of the word.
