Frankie & Team are an incredible resource for my physical health... I have never felt better! I'm definitely in the best shape of my life even better than when I was in the Military. The group training he offers was easy to just jump right in, It wasn't long before I began to achieve my personal health goals. It is truly a complete training system that will help you look and feel amazing!
For years I have struggled with lower back pain and poor posture (rounded shoulders). When I first started training with Frankie two years ago, he immediately addressed these issues and incorporated them into our workouts. With consistent and specific stretches and exercises at his direction, I have nearly eliminated my lower back pain, and completely changed my posture. In addition, I have become much stronger and more flexible. Frankie has also helped me set specific fitness goals including weight loss and muscle definition targeting specific “trouble” areas. Through his superior training and by introducing me to the Paleo diet and “clean eating”, his instruction, encouragement and unyielding support have made it possible for me to achieve these goals. As I turn 40, I feel stronger and more confident in my body than I ever did in my 20’s. Friends and family often comment about how great I look and much of that I owe to Frankie. In addition to his vast knowledge and experience, Frankie is both warm-hearted and incredibly professional and I would very highly recommend him!
My wife and I have been training with Frankie for almost a year now. Every session is fast moving and full of surprises and changing routines... never dull or repetitive! Without Frankie, I would have been sinking deeper and deeper into terminal sloth status! And most importantly, he's got a great sense of humor! Cannot recommend high enuf!
I have been training with Frankie for as many years as he has been training. In my 20's I had many issues with my back including scoliosis, and sciatica. Frankie has led me through years of challenging programs that have increased not only my physical strength but mental strength as well (sciatica gone - scoliosis managed). He has the unique ability to assess my needs on a weekly basis and then follow through with a tailor-made regime even in class with several others! Frankie introduced Kettle-Bell training to us several years ago. This has increased my core-strength in ways that years of "gym weights" did not. At 55, I am in best shape of my life - Truly!
I started with FMPT about a year ago as a cyclist looking to gain core strength. Frankie's approach to kettle-bell training is one of quality over quantity. He and Casey have a vast knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function, and are capable of determining the individual abilities of their clients. Their pleasant and positive attitude is a great asset to their willingness to work with clients at their own levels. They instill confidence and encouragement to make you want to work further, and apply yourself more diligently. As a result, I was able to set personal records in my races this summer!
