WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT EVER CALL the 1-800 number you will talk to some rude manager with NY accent that has no kindness about her.

I've been working out at the spectrum on Carrillo for about two years and I've always been really happy with the equipment, customer service and cleanliness of the club. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the parking does suck unless you only want to workout for 1 hour. -Brad
