do they allow kids to workout at the age of 13
they're in the middle of renovation... so you can get good deals. membership rates go up to $69/month in Jan 2011 - right now it's $45/month. +$19/month for additional family. Cheaper than Gold's ($49). they were so upfront and no pressure too!... when I asked, what's your monthly rate - he answered right away -- not a normal sales technique (believe me... I've been in sales). feels a little smaller than Gold's and no steam room. But they have WAY more group fitness and I need group fitness.
There equipment is great, and there getting all new equipment too! even though I dont think they need to! They have great childcare and i like that there is more than one area with treadmills and elypticals-the classes are great and the people are friendly. No start up fee for now, I hear soon they will have one because they are completely redoing the gym!
