I have been using this as my Body Xchange for the past 6 months after moving and no longer having a nearby large corporate gym like LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness. The gym itself is large, has nice equipment and a good friendly team of staff, however the 3rd party financial company they use "ABC Financial Services" for all of their accounting is another story. If you look up ABC Financial you will find a page full of 1 out of 5 start Google reviews with customer service horror storied much like my own. After being issued a new debit card from my bank I had to update my billing information for my gym membership. After being told I had to do this online or over the phone with ABC financial I contacted them, updated my billing information and assumed everything was taken care of. Today I woke up to find my membership charge had been ran twice amounting in a $200+ charge VS $100, when calling ABC I was told this was a mistake and that they would try to get the money back as soon as possible. Please give me another example of a situation where I can go and take $100 of someone elses money and then simply say "Oh I'm sorry, that was my mistake let me get that back to you in the next few days"... There was no offer of compensation for the error or any attempt to make things right other than am email saying the money was being refunded. To me running a gym is not just keeping up the facility + equipment, its also handling financials and dealing personally with customer service issues. At this point I feel outsourcing to a 3rd party financial company is causing numerous members to be upset for various reasons, perhaps it is time Body XChange meets with ABC Financial to determine how to avoid these issues in the future and keep their gym members happy.

I've been going since the day it opened 3 to 5 days a week, I lost 40 pounds, my high cholesterol level is now back to normal. Manager Eddie and staff are awesome and very professional. I can honestly say that as long as they stay open in Simi Valley I will be a life time customer. Thank's guys...BODY XCHANGED ME......

Clean with ample locker facilities. Equipment is all new and works smooth. It's never crowded. You can't beat the price and I've already lost some weight by going in there consistently. America needs more affordable gyms to battle the obesity epidemic. Hats off to Body Xchange!

Brand new Facility in Simi Valley that has plenty of cardio machines and weights. I'm just starting to workout but find the place a great value (I've got the membership that allows any guest to come as many times as I want) for less than $20 monthly. That's like a 2 fer compared to the rest of the facilities in town. While the affordability is a draw, the equipment is well maintained, clean and there's plenty of room to work out in.
