Great staff and a spotless gym! Always see the staff cleaning the equipment!! The new owners, Scott and Beth, are both very nice! Only drawback is no pool or hot tub.
I love all the services this gym has to offer. The fact that it is a CrossFit Box and also provides GroupX classes like Yoga really meets all my fitness needs. The gym is also very clean!

Gym is clean, the owners are great, and it's affordable.
Good for the price, near Peterson AFB. The equipment is kinda old (except the cardio equipment), the men's locker room always smells like crap. The staff is ok, most of them don't pay attention to the front desk. There is a girl that does crossfit there who is always friendly (not sure if she works there, but she goes behind the front desk).
