Great facility w/ great equipment. The customer service aspect is lacking though. Also the gym's hours are limited. Fri/Sat closes @ 10pm and Sundays at 8pm.
This gym is not worth the headaches and trouble! The hot tub is always down, the steam room smells " funky " and the manager seams pissed that I even dare to complain. I have tried to give this place a chance and it never gets better! I work out first thing in the morning and the cleaning doesn't start till around 8am. WHY NOT CLEAN AT NIGHT when your closed so that the morning people aren't putting up with a disgusting gym!!!!!!
It's new so all the equipment works. Staff were friendly and helpful
Could be a great gym, but I can't know. They refuse to tell you the price over the phone. They make you come in and talk to a salesman. This isn't the 1950's.
HORRIBLE customer service! Definitely not to GOLD's standard! Too many examples to list. I would not recommend this gym.
