This is the only gym that has ever appealed to me. It is fully digital—a versatile strength station monitors every rep of every exercise and implements a customized program designed to achieve your goals. The staff at the Westport location is excellent, although I rarely see them because I exercise late in the evening. (Another great thing about Koko—members have access as late as midnight.)
