We joined Focus MMA & Fitness when they opened in November of 2012 and never looked back. To put it simply, they are AMAZING. We love them. My two boys are involved in their martial arts program - they are more focused and disciplined. Sensei Hewitt and Sensei Cicero have reinforced teaching them the basics; respect, ethics and values and, yes, how to protect themselves. They have earned everything they have worked for and I wouldn't want it any other way. Sensei Hewitt and Sensei Cicero are great !!
As for me....I have since become a part of their boot camp workouts and LOVE it. Todd and Allison are awesome trainers. I can work out while my kids are taking a class, which is huge !! It has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I feel better, I think I look better, have more energy and have created so many new friendships. Focus MMA & Fitness has now become a part of our lives and we couldn't be happier.
